(Hudson, Ohio, USA / January 4, 2007) - Jennifer Beaujon, a professional services
manager for Radcom, and Neil McCormick and his team at Cinecraft Productions have
earned a distinguished award for their work on staff training and customer user
guides for Delta® Faucet's new Brizo® PascalTM Culinary Faucet with Smart
Technology. The award is from the Northeast Ohio chapter of STC, the Society for
Technical Communication, which recognizes the outstanding accomplishments and
innovations of communicators who design and develop technical information.

"This was truly a team effort," said Beaujon. "Between Cinecraft Productions and
Delta Faucet Company, we have produced materials that teach professionals about this
unique new faucet in a fun and effective way, and also show consumers how to use the
innovative technology in a friendly and convenient format." Materials the team
produced include user manuals, videos, reference cards, and other training
materials.

Radcom partners with Cinecraft Productions of Cleveland, Ohio on projects needing
multimedia and graphics support, while Cinecraft asks Radcom to assist with projects
requiring instructional design or technical documentation. "The partnership has
been very beneficial to both of our companies," said Bob Dianetti, president of
Radcom. "I couldn't be happier about this award for Jennifer and the Cinecraft
Team," said Neil McCormick, chairman of Cinecraft, the 65 year old video and film
production company in Cleveland's historic Ohio City neighborhood. "She and our
production team have gone above and beyond in meeting our client's expectations,"
McCormick added.

In addition to being showcased at the Northeast Ohio STC chapter meeting in 2007,
the team's work will be sent to the International STC award competition to be held
in May 2007. This is the first time in many years that the local chapter has felt
an award submission was worthy of being sent to the international competition.
